By using the services and website of WebbSecured (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“Client” or “User”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern all consulting engagements, assessments, content, and tools provided by WebbSecured, whether delivered online, in person, or via download.
2. Services Provided
WebbSecured provides cybersecurity and compliance services, including but not limited to:
- CMMC readiness assessments
- GLBA/FFIEC audit preparation
- NACHA/ACH compliance audits
- Penetration testing and vulnerability scanning
- Cybersecurity risk assessments
Services will be defined and agreed upon in a written engagement letter or statement of work (SOW).
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide timely access to relevant personnel, systems, and documentation
- Accurately disclose security configurations and policies
- Adhere to remediation timelines (if applicable)
- Use WebbSecured materials for internal use only (unless otherwise agreed)
4. Confidentiality
WebbSecured will maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, data, and findings. Any non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) provided by the client will be honored. Similarly, clients agree not to disclose proprietary methodologies or report formats without written consent.
5. Payment Terms
- Payment terms will be outlined in the proposal or invoice
- Standard terms: 50% upfront, 50% upon delivery unless otherwise agreed
- Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients must notify WebbSecured of cancellations or rescheduling at least 5 business days in advance. Cancellations within 5 days may result in forfeiture of deposit or additional fees.
7. Limitation of Liability
WebbSecured provides guidance based on industry standards and best practices but cannot guarantee the outcome of third-party audits, certifications, or examinations. Under no circumstance shall WebbSecured be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Use of Website and Content
- All content on webbsecured.com is owned by WebbSecured unless otherwise noted
- Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited without written permission
- Downloadable content is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute legal advice
9. Modifications
WebbSecured reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients and users are encouraged to review this page periodically for any changes.
